DMCA Notice & Takedown

If you are a copyright holder and believe your content is being distributed in violation of your rights, here's how to file a takedown.

Last updated: May 24, 2026

1. Our policy

IPTV 8K respects intellectual-property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the EU Copyright Directive, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions. We act expeditiously on valid takedown notices, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

2. Submitting a notice

To file a notice of alleged copyright infringement, send a written notice (email is fine) to our designated agent below. Notices should be in English and signed.

3. Required contents

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g. title, series, broadcaster, registration number if any).
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. channel name on our directory, URL, screenshot).
  4. Your contact information: full legal name, address, telephone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Heads up We may forward your full notice (including your contact information) to the affected party so they have the opportunity to file a counter-notice.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same six elements above (signature, identification, contact info, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake). Upon receipt we will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that the rights holder has filed suit.

5. Repeat infringers

We maintain a repeat-infringer policy. Subscribers and partners that are subject to repeated valid takedown notices are subject to suspension and account termination at our discretion.

6. Misrepresentation & good faith

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages. Please consult an attorney if you are unsure whether the conduct you are reporting actually constitutes infringement.
